Who is this mask intended for?

These masks are intended for businesses and individuals for everyday use. These masks are not medical-grade or intended for use as PPE.

Are these face masks certified N95?

Zume’s face masks are not surgical masks or N95 respirators.
These masks protect against non-toxic household dusts, powders, allergens, and other irritants. Zume face masks are designed for a tight fit to better protect the wearer and others. As with other close-fitted masks, moisture may build up over time. This is a sign that you’ve achieved a tight fit. We advise swapping out masks after a few hours of continuous wear to keep your face and your mask dry and comfortable.

How do I let you know about issues I have with Zume face masks, or recommendations I have for improving them?

We are constantly iterating and ideating on our masks in an effort to do our part in this crisis. We are posting version changes and improvements in real-time on our product pages. We would love to hear from you on any issues you may have and/or recommendations on how to improve our masks. Please contact [email protected].

How do I wear the mask correctly?

For the best fit, pull both bands over your head. With the lower band, line below your ears, at the top of your neck. For the top band, place above your ears on the back of your head.

These masks are made of molded fiber and made for a tight fit. After extended wear, or when the user notes that excessive moisture is building, they should be swapped out with a replacement mask to ensure comfort and durability.
